Secure Reception of Faxes

What is the point of fax2email, the ease of use, convergence, or in fact security if security does not encumber acknowledgement of fax receipt, delivery, and line availability. I have investigated the current available platforms and am willing to make a challenge.

I would like to see our competitors agree to an independent evaluation of:

1) The faxes received by their respective systems versus the Telkom logs.

2) The faxes delivered (even if it is an incomplete fax of only half a page) to the customer and acknowledgement of successful receipt by the customer, i.e. Point2point verification of fax delivery.

3) Availability of service – is there sufficient ports available to ensure that no
single call goes unanswered.
